Your favorite Pilates HIIT Fusion class just got a little crazier!
We’ve been mixing it up for you and now offer two variations. In our Crazy 8s version, we’ll combine those high intensity, low impact exercises that feel so good, with a slightly different interval format. We’ll play with the intervals in our standing series to raise your heart rate, strengthen muscles and burn fat without the pounding of a high impact workout.
In version two, we’ve upped our game and we’ll begin to incorporate light weights and resistance bands to class to class as well. Don’t have weights? No problem, grab some soup cans!
