Hot 60 PLUS has all the therapeutic benefits of the Hot 90 full length class done in just 60 minutes. You will still move through all 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises in a condensed format. Perfect for yogis with limited time! This energetic class will be played to music while lead through variations for an effective and positive experience. Please bring a towel, mat and water.

Hot 26/2 (90)

Hot 90 is the original Hot 26 & 2 Bikram Method Hatha yoga practice done in a heated room which engages the entire body during each 90-minute session. The series of 26 postures & 2 breathing exercises, offers relief from chronic pain, helps to heal old and new injuries, reduces stress and, with regular practice, can help bring your body back to optimal health and balance. This class is designed for the beginner student of yoga and will challenge the most veteran of practitioners. Whether your goal is to gain flexibility, reduce stress, take space or just have fun and try something new, then this class is for you! Please bring a towel, mat and water.

Hot 26/2 (90) Plus

Hot 90 Plus offers a slightly different take on the original Hot 90 class. This class affords you the opportunity to evolve your practice within the traditional sequence of the beginner’s class. All your hard work is set to music while you explore new techniques building on postures that require more challenging yoga skills. Arm balancing, hip opening and deeper backbends are included in this class. No advanced skills are needed to participate in this class.

90 Plus is a class sequence of 40-45 postures with focus on stillness, breath & Asana. You are always welcome to stay with the traditional second set posture. The class is for those looking to deepen their practice or just starting out…..and wicked fun! Please bring a towel, mat and water.

Hot Fusion Yoga 60

Hot Fusion Yoga is a blend of a sequenced unique Vinyasa flow while weaving in the traditional 26/2 poses throughout the 60 minutes. Fusion challenge you to your edge while maintaining mind – body connection. Hot room heated to 90 degrees.

Hot Pilates

Hot Pilates is a challenging full body, low impact and high intensity workout set to music. The class is 60 minutes and is practiced in a heated room. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. The class is for ALL LEVELS and wicked fun! Please bring a towel, mat and water.

Hot Pilates Plus

Your favorite Pilates HIIT Fusion class just got a little crazier!

We’ve been mixing it up for you and now offer two variations. In our Crazy 8s version, we’ll combine those high intensity, low impact exercises that feel so good, with a slightly different interval format. We’ll play with the intervals in our standing series to raise your heart rate, strengthen muscles and burn fat without the pounding of a high impact workout. Intervals will change at times 30 / 5, get ready to sweat this one out!

In version Two / Plus we’ve upped our game and we’ll begin to incorporate light weights and resistance bands to class as well. Don’t have weights? No problem, grab some soup cans!

Hot Vinyasa Flow

A blend of sequenced Vinyasa & Hatha flow with an element of strength. Balancing physical body, emotional and spiritual health. Connecting breath with movements.  Heated Room.

Tone Strength Cardio

This lightly heated class combines Pilates, Barre and a hint of Cardio! Using both body weight and equipment we’ll target small muscles you didn’t know you had and follow it with light cardio to flush out lactic acid build up! Think fine tuning and toning your body from head to toe!! 60 minutes.

** Feel free to bring your own weights or bands.

Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga with postures that are done on the floor and held for longer periods of time— up to five minutes or more per posture is typical. Don’t let this scare you! Yin Yoga is a very gentle, but effective, way to open tight or injured places in your body as well as improving overall circulation. You are safely and slowly guided into a pose, where you will remain long enough for your body to open and then carefully move into the Savasana (resting pose) and hold that for a few minutes allowing for recovery (rebound). Please bring a towel, mat and water. Other yoga props such as straps, blocks or bolsters are helpful but not required.

Yoga Sculpt

Yoga Sculpt is a uniquely crafted class that combines simple yoga poses with cardio bursts, hand-held weights and strength training to the beat of the music! As a fitness class with a yoga influence, Yoga Sculpt features basic flows such as Sun A and Sun B but transforms into weighted exercises with yoga built in. A complete Energy booster!

Virtual Yin Yoga

In this 60-minute class, postures done mostly on the floor are held for 2 to 6 minutes at a time. These long, gentle but challenging holds allow the body’s connective tissue to be safely and positively stressed in a way that increases range of motion and health over the long term.

The slower pace and emphasis on internal sensation is a great complement to our Original Hot 26&2 class, and a perfect fit for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Props are not necessary to participate.
