FAQ
-
What should I bring to class?
Bring a yoga mat, towel, and water bottle. We recommend a non-slip mat towel for hot yoga classes. Props and weights are provided, but you're welcome to bring your own.
-
What should I wear?
Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows for a full range of motion. Avoid heavy or restrictive fabrics. For hot yoga, moisture-wicking clothing is ideal.
-
How early should I arrive?
Arrive at least 15 minutes before class to sign in, set up your space, and settle into the studio environment. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join the class.
-
What is the studio's cancellation policy?
To avoid penalties or loss of class cards, please cancel at least 2 hours before the class start time. Late cancellations and no-shows may result in a fee or loss of class cards.
-
Are there classes for beginners?
Yes! While all classes can be modified to suit your pace, we recommend beginners start with Restorative yoga, Yin yoga, or Hot 60-minute classes. These sessions will help you adapt to our heated environment and build a solid foundation for your yoga practice.

How do I prepare for a hot yoga class?
Hydrate well before class and bring an electrolyte drink for after. Avoid heavy meals 1-2 hours before class, and come well-rested and ready to embrace the heat.
