Curious about where to start? Explore our diverse class offerings to find your perfect fit. For beginners, we recommend Hot 60, Yin Yoga, or Restorative Yoga to ease you into our heated practice and make you feel right at home.

Before diving into your first session, here are some handy tips to set you up for success:

  • Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before class to stay refreshed.

  • Dress comfortably: Wear lightweight, breathable clothing to beat the heat.

  • Arrive 15 minutes early: Give yourself time to adjust to the heated rooms and claim your perfect spot.

  • Communication is key: Let your instructor know if it's your first class and share any injuries or modifications you may have.

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to acclimate to the heated environment and secure an optimal spot. Don't forget to chat with your instructor about any questions or concerns before class begins!
