If you’re new to heated movement or easing back into your practice, we recommend:
Hot 60 – A foundational hot yoga class to help you settle in
Yin Yoga – Gentle, floor-based stretching for deep release
Restorative Yoga – Full-body reset with calming support
Each class is designed to meet you exactly where you are—and help you move forward from there.
To get the most out of your first session, here are a few things to know:
Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before class to stay refreshed.
Dress comfortably: Wear lightweight, breathable clothing to beat the heat.
Arrive 15 minutes early: Give yourself time to adjust to the heated rooms and claim your perfect spot.
Communication is key: Let your instructor know if it's your first class and share any injuries or modifications you may have.
Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early to acclimate to the heated environment and secure an optimal spot. Don't forget to chat with your instructor about any questions or concerns before class begins!
