Elisa,  I had such a wonderful time in Italy experiencing the beautiful countryside with all of culture and History.  The stay at Olivetti Estate was 5 star in accommodations and food. The view overlooking the Olive groves and Adriatic Sea made our morning yoga classes so relaxing! The staff could not of been more nicer or accommodating and made everyone feel so welcome. All of our excursions such as the bike ride around Lake Fiastra, lunch at a vineyard, a day at the beach or shopping in the nearby town were planned perfectly leaving plenty of pool and spa time. I especially love learning how to make pasta and then getting to eat it was so much fun!  Finishing off our week with the sound bowels and the white dinner was the perfect ending. It was so nice to meet everyone and I love all the new friends I’ve made!  Thank you Elisa for all your hard work in putting together a week I’ll never forget!
